Remain As You Are - A Guided Meditation with Mooji

When I first decided to try meditation, I had absolutely no idea what I was meant to be doing. Turns out I wasn't meant to be doing anything. But in the early days I found guided meditation quite useful, and still can if I have fallen out of it for a bit. Here is a great guided meditation. Sit back, relax and enjoy.
